d:class auto stitch is proud to show you off our custom designs created from our headquarters in Surrey, England. We have a catalogue of all the designs accumulated over the past few years, all of which are available.

Our custom design process starts with a discussion, this is so we can plan your design with you guaranteeing the best result. Once all the correct information has been gathered, we then move on to the creation part of the process. Our highly skilled designers will take the information from the brief and make it into a digital document on our computer software. The CNC machine will then read that software and precisely stitch the design into the material. If you have opted for custom perforation then this happens alongside the stitching part of the process. As our clever machine can do both, the material never leaves the restraints until completion. This produces the most accurate results possible. 

We are not limited to the automotive trade as numerous of our clients come from all walks of life, such as the aviation and entertainment industries. Some of our most recent creations have been items such as nightclub seating, aeroplane seats, motorcycle saddles and racing seats.
