Perforations

Perforation is a pattern of small stamped out holes through a piece of material. You can perforate onto an array of materials and in a variety of shapes and sizes too. The most common materials used are leather, vinyl, Alcantara and suede.

At d:class auto stitch we possess our own CNC machine which creates perforations to our specification. We create the designs through a computer programme which is then transferred onto the material.

What makes this CNC machine so great is the ability it has to mix perforation alongside stitching. This means we can have a variety of creative patterns blended together to make never before possible designs.
