About our OEM designs...

Our OEM designs are recreations of manufacturer stitch and perforation patterns. They are measured and recreated by our design team to ensure a finish that is identical to the manufacturer's specifications. We measure stitch sizes, stitch thickness, and the angles and curves of a design. For perforations, we have an array of hole punch sizes to cover all the common perforation requests. Alternatively, if there is no base to start from, our knowledgeable admin team can research the correct specifications.

Once all the correct information has been gathered, we then move on to the creating part of the process. We will discuss with you the design and material you desire, making sure our customers are happy with the results. Then we load up our machine and get to work, creating the perfect and totally bespoke pieces of work.

Common reasons for this type of work could be retrimming a seat for a vehicle and that has a very unique stitch pattern, which would be extremely difficult to recreate on a standard sewing machine. Our CNC machine works off of a programme, and with that, it reads all of the previously listed information. This means a totally consistent result, time and time again, in any colour or suitable material.
